Private Publishing Platform

Publish Videos to YouTube
Without Repeating the Same Manual Work

I built DMCloudArchitect Video Publisher to automate the final step in the content workflow — securely publishing approved videos to DMCloudArchitect and authorized client YouTube channels.

Generate. Review. Authorize. Publish. Track.

Built for DMCloudArchitect channels and authorized client channels — no public signup, no open marketplace, and no publishing without explicit account authorization.

Why I Built Another Publishing Tool

I already automate blog publishing, content preparation, image generation, and scheduled social posts for DMCloudArchitect. But the last step in the video workflow was still manual.

Uploading the video, copying the title and description, selecting a thumbnail, choosing visibility, scheduling publication, and then recording the final YouTube URL became repetitive — especially when publishing across more than one channel.

So I built DMCloudArchitect Video Publisher: a private publishing platform that connects to YouTube through Google OAuth and automates the publishing process while keeping the channel owner in control.

The same workflow can be used for DMCloudArchitect channels, internal company channels, and approved client channels where the client has explicitly authorized DMCloudArchitect to publish on its behalf.

This Is Not a Public Video Platform

DMCloudArchitect Video Publisher is a private managed application. It is not open for public registration and is not intended to manage unknown or unrelated YouTube channels.

Public Self-Service Platforms
  • ✕ Open account registration
  • ✕ Unknown users connecting channels
  • ✕ Generic publishing for the public
  • ✕ Uncontrolled channel access
  • ✕ Broad feature sets and unnecessary permissions
DMCloudArchitect Video Publisher
  • ✓ Private managed access
  • ✓ Approved DMCloudArchitect and client channels
  • ✓ Explicit Google OAuth authorization
  • ✓ Publishing limited to approved content
  • ✓ Only the permissions required for publishing

How I Designed It to Work

A controlled publishing process from finished video to confirmed YouTube publication.

Discuss Your Workflow
01
Prepare the Video

The application receives a completed video from the DMCloudArchitect generation workflow or from an approved client content process.

02
Review Publishing Details

Title, description, tags, category, thumbnail, visibility, and publishing date are prepared and reviewed before upload.

03
Authorize the YouTube Channel

The channel owner or authorized administrator connects the channel using Google OAuth. DMCloudArchitect never requests the user's Google password.

04
Publish or Schedule

The approved video is uploaded to the authorized channel and published immediately or scheduled according to the approved content plan.

05
Record the Result

The workflow records the YouTube video ID, status, publication date, and any technical response needed for troubleshooting or reporting.

What the Publishing Workflow Manages

The goal is not to replace the creative process. It is to automate the repetitive operational steps that happen after a video is ready.

Video Publishing
  • → Upload completed video files
  • → Publish immediately or schedule later
  • → Select public, private, or unlisted visibility
  • → Track upload and processing status
  • → Store the resulting YouTube video ID
Publishing Metadata
  • → Video title and description
  • → Tags, category, and language
  • → Thumbnail selection
  • → Client and campaign reference
  • → Planned and actual publishing date
Channel Authorization
  • → DMCloudArchitect-owned channels
  • → Internal company channels
  • → Authorized client channels
  • → Google OAuth consent per account
  • → No password collection
Publishing History
  • → Upload success and failure status
  • → YouTube video URL and video ID
  • → Channel and campaign association
  • → Duplicate-upload prevention
  • → Troubleshooting details when an upload fails

Who the Application Is For

Access is limited to channels and organizations with a direct working relationship with DMCloudArchitect.

DMCloudArchitect

Publishing educational infrastructure, cloud, database, Linux, automation, and monitoring content to DMCloudArchitect-owned channels.

Managed Projects

Supporting private video campaigns where DMCloudArchitect manages content generation, review, scheduling, and publication.

Authorization Stays With the Channel Owner

Every YouTube channel must be explicitly authorized through Google's OAuth process before DMCloudArchitect Video Publisher can publish content to it.

The application does not ask for or store Google passwords. Authorization is granted by Google and can be revoked by the account owner at any time.

The application requests only the access needed for the implemented publishing workflow. It is not designed to read unrelated Google services or provide broad public account-management functionality.

For client channels, authorization is limited to the agreed publishing service and remains under the control of the client or authorized channel representative.

Privacy & Security

DMCloudArchitect Video Publisher uses Google OAuth 2.0 to securely connect approved YouTube channels before any publishing takes place.

The application is used only by DMCloudArchitect and authorized clients to publish approved content to channels that have explicitly granted access. It is not a public publishing platform and does not provide open registration.

For complete details about Google account information, OAuth credentials, client data, retention, revocation, and data deletion, please review the separate Privacy Policy.
