Oracle Cloud Always Free Tier

Oracle Cloud offers an Always Free Tier which includes an AMD compute instances and ARM-based instances.

Using those instances we can build a single server or split resources and build multiple servers.

You can use this for learning of networking, Linux, and database or we can use this for our personal website once you build it.

If you are learning Database – Oracle provides Always Free instance of the Oracle Autonomous database – what’s better to use when learning oracle PLSQL than using an Oracle provided database which you can set up in 10 minutes and don’t worry about the installation, configuration process, just create an instance launch and connect. Compute Instance – What you can do?

1. We can put all the resources in one compute VM – (pic 1)
2. We can split it into two VMs – (pic 2)
3. We can split it into 4 VMs
   1. 2 application servers + 2 database servers – for high availability of each network component. (pic 3)
